about the project in French Guiana
On this project specially in French Guiana the students made many great experinces.
In French Guiana one day they went to the rain forest and did some reseachers about the water in the rain forest and its chemical an biological quality. The students also learned much about the flora and fauna in the rain forest, for example about mangroves and compared them to near-water plants in Germany and England.
Another day the group took a trip to the ESA centre in Cayenne.
The scientists there showed them interresting things about the space and the dream of mankind to go the space and other planets.
They also did many reseachers about insects and animals who have their
habitat in French Guyana. For this the comenius-project group also visited a animal-park and saw many fascinating animals.
